Termite treatment, under warranty

Both pre-construction and post-construction termite treatment, carried out under IS 6313 (Part 2 & 3), for structural protection and long-term prevention.

Pre-construction treatment is applied to the soil and foundation before a structure is built, forming a barrier against termite entry from the ground up.

Post-construction treatment uses a drill, seal and fill method around the existing structure to create a chemical barrier where termite activity is found or suspected, and is provided under warranty.
